The service

Moonspool sends outbound email on your behalf from mailboxes you connect, handles replies, and books meetings into your calendar. You remain the sender of every message and responsible for its content and for the products and claims described in your knowledge base.

Acceptable use

• Business-to-business outreach only, to work addresses found on public pages.
• No content that is deceptive, unlawful, or that you are not entitled to send.
• You will use a dedicated outreach domain and will not connect mailboxes you do not control.
• We may pause sending when bounce or complaint rates threaten deliverability, and stop it for abuse.

Compliance

Consent-required jurisdictions are blocked by default. Enabling EU outreach in Settings is your decision and your responsibility; the service adds the disclosures the law requires but does not make the decision lawful for your situation. US recipients receive mail only when your signature includes a postal address.

Credits and billing

One credit is used when a meeting is booked and the invitee accepts. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except through a dispute raised within seven days of the meeting, resolved manually. Balances may go slightly negative to finish conversations already in progress.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee delivery, replies, or meetings. Our liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the preceding three months.
